Our production of Grease consisted of 25 actors and 7 pit members and was mixed line-by-line on a Behringer X32. One of the main challenges of this production was exploring different microphone strategies in our pit due to only having 31 inputs after a channel died on our S32 as well as having limited spare microphones for actors. I also got some experience with training another A1 for the show. My role as an assistant designer consisted of programming for the show, which was done in TheatreMix.
